I'm sympathetic to what I heard from Mr. Perez and the mayor of the City of Gillette.
We, as a government, need to help guide the development and adoption of this technology.
It is critical that NTIA play the role given to it by Congress to manage Federal spectrum resources.
These services are not luxuries. They are necessities that everyone needs in order to participate in society.
