We have a 5 year window here of where North Korea is advancing missile technology and cyber capability.

What we are doing is we are having the enemy increasing capability, and we are decreasing your ability to confront the enemy.

I think that is the point. We are having all these fights about the A-10. But it is a budget-driven problem.
