But I hope you will also consider the atmospheric debt we are not adequately addressing.
I, too, believe the best way to address climate change is to first recognize the overwhelming evidence provided by scientists throughout the world that our planet faces severe consequences if we do not take action.
But if the EPA and every other entity involved commits to making it work, I am confident it is achievable.
if 98 doctors prescribe one treatment, and 2 doctors prescribe a different treatment, who are you going to follow?
Climate changes is a cancer, and we don't cure cancer by refusing to test for it, calling the doctor a liar, and refusing to consider any treatment.
I sincerely hope that this Committee is not beginning and ending its record on climate science in the 112th Congress with this hearing.
