The gentleman is correct. These were good paying jobs. And as the gentleman said, when these workers were displaced they did not get good paying jobs. My State of Pennsylvania is one of the top two in NAFTA trade adjustment assistance applications. For those people that do not understand, that is a very complex procedure that you qualify or you apply for benefits based on the fact that you lost your job because of NAFTA. Not everyone who has lost their job because of NAFTA has qualified for NAFTA TA benefits or even applied for them. So this is only one part of the puzzle when we try to determine the precise number of jobs that we have lost in this country. That is very convoluted.
