The FCC is essentially the agency that would be able to consult with the Department of Justice under the manager's mark that we passed this morning. Mr. Chairman, I simply say that the Conyers amendment makes sure that fairness is done, that the referee is in place. I urge my colleagues to support the Conyers amendment.
