The only thing that's being talked about in Congress right now by any Democrats for over a year has been impeaching the President and that's the big problem the Democrats are going to have.

I would agree with you that is bad judgment. I agree that the President should not have said that.

It doesn't seem to me like he would be covered by executive privilege, but that doesn't mean that the president can't assert it and have it litigated.
