There is no reason that if the Army Corps and the EPA were truly worried about liability they couldn't work with the State of Ohio.

Well, we have been in this boat before. The concern is we ratchet it down to a level that becomes nearly impossible or super expensive to ramp it back up.

I am concerned about deployment fatigue, what it does to the morale of our soldiers, and how you are addressing retention issues.

I am working to try to get a comprehensive assessment done as people come into the military to really try to understand.

I want to caution the Army against doing that on the back of our defense industrial base.

We need to ensure that the health and welfare of our soldiers and their families is truly our number-one priority.
