Sometimes you have to pay a little money to save a little money, and I think competition in any type of business breeds a better product and a more aggressive entity producing.

It is critical and I appreciate your partnership in this pursuit, and our Nation is in a perilous financial position with our national debt over $14.2 trillion.

Why should we continue with this failed program that the Department has characterized as, No. 1, subject to a high degree of risk; two, not needed because we can utilize existing assets to provide the capabilities; and, three, too costly?
