Marcy Carolyn Kaptur is a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Ohio's 9th congressional district since 1983. Finally, I would like to close by noting that yet another year has passed and we do not seem to be any closer to resolving how and even more controversially where to dispose of our nuclear waste.
Given the constrained fiscal environment it will be crucial that all resources are employed to their fullest potential.
The budgetary challenges this year are exacerbated by the ill-conceived movement of a portion of the program to mandatory funding.
I would urge you to consider developing an economic model that can anticipate the impact on given firms economic performance based on what is happening in the energy markets.
