The only reason for something like that is, again, to continue to confuse the electorate and to stop people from voting.

If there is any fraud, the fraud is in the absentee balloting.

This right is almost sacred. Because of its importance, because of the power behind the vote, it is the one right most often compromised.

The ultimate measure of man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

There has been no fraud. I believe that the number is maybe four cases of fraud in the State of Ohio over the last 10 years.

The people of Ohio have spoken. Last year, a coalition of voting rights advocates delivered more than 300,000 valid signatures in opposition to House Bill 194.

Shame on you who would restrict our voting rights.

I do not know of any single person who would take a piece of identification that is not valid in person to a polling place and try to vote.

We must continue to protect the right to vote.

The right to vote is among the most important rights we enjoy as Americans.

So my question is--why does it seem as though the Administration and this Congress are targeting the health care providers that can least afford it?

Without a doubt, these cuts will adversely affect already financially weak safety net hospitals and the people they serve.
