Internationally, the Department would analyze foreign policy and make recommendations to the President on matters pertaining to national security, including the protection of human rights and the prevention and de-escalation on armed and unarmed international conflict. I have received thousands of letters of support and e-mails from all over the United States and all over the world in support of a Department of Peace. People are demanding an end to violence.…”
