Well, it seems to me that if not in this Congress, the next Congress, that it would be timely given the fact that this issue is out there and the amount of coal that has been burned in the last couple of decades, that a study be funded, that we actually look at it and determine whether or not the University of Texas study is confirmed or disconfirmed.
