I think I'd like to just say that I'm very proud that this entire subcommittee, both sides, bipartisanly voted against those cuts in the appropriations bill.
At a time when there are conflicts in multiple parts of the world, I cannot comprehend how we would do anything to reduce our ability to defend against cyber attacks.
This is powerful evidence that directly disproves the false narrative--propounded by the PRC and others--that the United States is retreating from the region.
