Let me just say one more thing. My mother did not graduate from college. My father did not graduate from high school. But they sure were smart enough to know that something is amiss in a country's priorities when we cannot afford to help pay for reading teachers for children in schools across this country we can afford to guarantee $30 billion of debt of the Government of Mexico. There is something very wrong with what is going on here.
