My colleagues, Mr. Speaker, when people in politics don't want to say ``yes'' or ``no,'' they just keep talking. We could do a lot more tonight than just keep talking. We could cast a vote that would say to the American taxpayers, the services you are still paying for you're going to get tomorrow morning. The absence of that vote from the majority should tell you all you need to know. They are afraid to put that vote on the floor because they would lose. Well, the American people are losing because of their bankrupt and invalid choice.
