Our economy will not recover if debt ties down consumers tighter and tighter.

I appreciate those efforts and I hope that the Federal Reserve's guidelines, which are a good step, could actually be accelerated.

It seems to me that we need a system that helps various--several mature technologies to be achieved in order to reach our collective goal.
