So if I asked the Venezuelan Government if it was doing anything to prevent drug trafficking, your answer would be yes, no, not very much, somewhat. What would be the answer?

The question is, who is working to develop that policy? When will we expect a policy to exist?

Investment in water infrastructure creates new jobs and boosts our economy.

Lifting the State volume caps on PABs for water projects would inject billions of dollars into the infrastructure.

This is a good investment under any circumstance and the perfect example of a public-private partnership.

It is not costless to them. Neither was it costless to the individuals who may have been falsely brought into a process.

This is unacceptable to hear that they say it may not be possible, it is up to you.
