Looking at the numbers of COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations and deaths per 100,000 New Jerseyans, we can -- we can make a strong case that no state is currently impacted -- as impacted as ours.

I have to believe, as Governor Cuomo has so eloquently said, that New York and New Jersey are the canary in the coal mine here.

If you make decisions based on fact, science, the data, that you need to shut the place down.
