I understand the amendment will be agreed to by both of the managers but let me first say that this amendment is about disclosure of breached customer data that may exist in our system. Frankly, 85 percent of businesses that have sophisticated computer systems have identified breaches in their system. My amendment asks for the reporting of those breaches to the FTC so we can get a database and understand it.
