I totally disagree with what he just said about the CLEAN Future Act.

I think that it is clear that if they were better hooked up to a national grid that there would have been a better opportunity to prevent this from happening.

And that's why I recently introduced the CLEAN Future Act, comprehensive climate legislation, which would achieve net-zero greenhouse gas pollution no later than 2050.

We just can't continue to rely primarily on fossil fuels while everyone else, including China, moves ahead with green initiatives.
