Now I have reintroduced the Superfund Polluter Pays Act to reinstate the Superfund tax and ensure resources are available for lifesaving cleanups.

We simply cannot follow the dangerous course this administration is trying to take us down.

I guess my concern is, I think there is a real risk that you are declaring some of these sites ready for reuse by lowering the cleanup standards.

Well, you wouldn't disagree that you have the largest backlog of unfunded cleanup projects, right?
