Unfortunately, the administration and my Republican colleagues have placed infrastructure legislation on the back burner behind its tax scam.

I urge my colleagues to bring this bill to the House floor as soon as possible.

These investments will make Americans more competitive, safer, healthier, and connected.

Committee Democrats recognize the need for real investment and to develop legislative proposals to build the modern, resilient infrastructure that Americans need and deserve.

Actual investments are needed, and we must see states and local governments as partners, not adversaries.

From the start of the Trump administration, there has been a bipartisan call to modernize America's infrastructure, including expanding broadband to communities that need it.

These types of bills are not about improving or strengthening the 340B. They are about gutting the program.

I do not support legislation that would curtail or restrict the program.

I think we all need to remember that we have an agency with less than 10 people on staff dedicated to managing 340B.

I have always deeply supported the 340B program and I've always tried to work in a bipartisan fashion to strengthen the program.

What I do not support is the process for this hearing. It is not thoughtful, it is not bipartisan, and it is not productive.

I do not support legislation that would curtail or restrict this program.

Limiting the 340B program would severely undermine covered entities' ability to support this critical work.

I want to commend Rep. Matsui for her leadership on H.R. 6071, the SERV Communities Act.

I hope we will examine the bills from the shared premise that we all want to ensure some of our most vulnerable patients receive the care they need and deserve.

Today's hearing highlights how much consumers on the internet have lost over the past year and a half.

These questions deserve answers, and that's why I've called for a hearing on this incident.
