The incident in Brussels obviously continues to highlight the need to address surface transportation security.

It seems often we're fighting the last terrorist attack or the last incident as opposed to looking about forward.

I don't believe that we're even complying with some of the directives that came out of the 9/11 Report.

I do believe that the United States would benefit from replacing the 2001 AUMF with a new authorization.

I believe the Obama administration provided adequate justification for direct military action against AQAP.
