I think, frankly, this is a good amendment, for two reasons. The first is it calls for an assessment by the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretary of State, because this is a diplomatic as well as a military organization. Secondly, it would be up to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to make any final decision, but information such as cost that this amendment is aimed at I think is good information. So I find myself in agreement with it.
