I represent a district that has Whiteman Air Force Base and Fort Leonard Wood, both of whom are areas that are heavily impacted by the Federal Government, the Federal reservations, and impact aid is so important for those children. We have to take care of the families of the people in uniform and this is a wonderful way to do it. So I join my friend from Texas [Mr. Edwards] in complimenting them and thanking this committee for the effort.
