I applaud the gentleman on his comments and his memory of Floyd Spence. He was truly a gentleman's gentleman, a true Southern gentleman, from his infectious laugh to his strong support of the troops. We will recall him very, very fondly; and I thank the gentleman for his remembrance of him. And for 19 years, I might say, sitting next to me on the Committee on Armed Services was our colleague Norm Sisisky, who made such a great contribution. At this moment, I would also like to pay tribute to his memory for the wonderful work that he did. And I thank the gentleman.
