The Department of Homeland Security is tasked with the overall safety and security of the United States.

It is my view that the latest 2014 release showed improvement from the 2010 review.

Mr. Currie, you indicated that you think that Homeland Security should be sort-of the coordinating agent, there should be someone there that is the go-to person for this whole issue.
