I think cutting funding is wrong, for two reasons.

What is it that you need to increase interdiction? Is it more planes, more people? What do we need to understand?

In New Hampshire, we have a tremendous heroin epidemic, and previously I have heard from officials testifying before this Committee that the heroin is coming over on the land border, on the Southern Border.

I am glad to cosponsor this effort. I was just at a New Hampshire company, New Hampshire Ball Bearing, recently and, you know, they are a supplier who benefits from Ex-Im Bank financing.
