Kelly Ayotte is a former United States Senator from New Hampshire, serving from January 5, 2011, to January 3, 2017. A member of the Republican Party, she was the first woman to represent New Hampshire in the Senate. But, it seems to me that this is something we need across government, and one of the issues that I have been very concerned about is that when we are not able to hold employees accountable for misconduct, it demoralizes the good employees…
I cannot tell you what we could do with $21 million for these gaps in our State.
It is really hard for me to tell my constituents how they are getting value out of this.
We should direct the funds to those areas that actually need support and need coverage.
Thank you, Chairman. General Campbell, I want to thank you for your distinguished service to the country and for your leadership. You've done an excellent job.
I am hopeful that the Senate will take up this bill, because it makes so much common sense.
If we just focused on this issue, we could save billions of taxpayer dollars.
