If any of you are here today to say that it's part of a deliberative process that somehow Congress can't see the documents, I would urge you strongly not to go there.

Advisory opinions are not rules and regulations. They're very different.

It's time that you stay consistent with the law, because you do not have the ability to even set the regulations for Twitter.

The problem is each little thing that you do wrong now will be judged based on the bad track record.
