Those dollars need to come back and go into true transit projects that can help everybody.

It is a breach of contract and it is not even going to be a high-speed rail system from S.F. to L.A.

I do think making sure that we prevent that authorization from expiring is very important.

As we look at the future needs of our country and one of the most relevant issues continues to be the extensive flooding.
