I was concerned, because you noted in your testimony, 'While investigations are ongoing, what we do know is that the FAA delegated primary oversight of the MAX to Boeing.'

Any process to unground this aircraft, as far as I am concerned, will not be allowed to resemble the process that was allowed for these accidents to occur.

It doesn't matter if we get to 99.9 percent improvements. If there is one life, if there is one injury, we need to keep striving to make sure that we get to perfection.
