Betty Louise McCollum is a U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 4th congressional district, serving since January 3, 2001. Recently, I was able to visit the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility in Virginia, which, as you know, conducts groundbreaking nuclear and particle physics research.
