Let us take some tribal college resources and funds and let's train up Indian Country to be able to go out not only do their own construction but be able to do their own inspections.
So maybe one of the things that we need to do is figure out how we get a more accurate number of what is going on in Indian Country
But making sure that we go through the same clinical trials that we would for anyone in the United States or in Europe, for that matter, before a vaccine is widely disbursed is critically important.
