It is an important issue that needs to be regulated. Now the problem that we have here in Congress is that we are in the midst of an anti-regulatory crusade.

There is old law that is dragging competition down, but they preceded the ACA, and Congress could and should step up to the plate and deal with them.

The law governing fetal tissue research...provides in part that no one can 'knowingly acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration.'

The videos wrongly implied that Planned Parenthood sells fetal tissue and organs for profit.

There is no credible evidence that Planned Parenthood violated the law.
