The Russian Government interfered in the 2016 Presidential election in sweeping and systematic fashion.

Elections belong to the people.

I think that legislation has to include not just protections but real enforcement.

I would like to ask unanimous consent to submit Massachusetts Senate Resolution 1385 and Massachusetts House Resolution 1538. This is the legislation that would put a moratorium on facial recognition in my state of Massachusetts.
