Mike Capuano is a former U.S. Representative from Massachusetts, serving from 1999 to 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he represented Massachusetts's 8th congressional district. During his tenure, Capuano was known for his advocacy on issues such as healthcare, education, and civil rights. He served on several committees, including the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, where he focused on infrastructure development and public transportation improvements in his district.
Tell me how we get to where we want to implement as quickly as we can because that is what America wants, that is what I want.
I respect that. But the bottom line is I don't know any other way to enforce it amongst bad actors.

We are here now. We are in June of 2015. How do we get this moving forward to keep people safe?
FAA is probably the most unresponsive agency that we deal with in government from this committee.
I figured since you're not doing that job, I'll take that money and put it somewhere else where somebody will actually use it.
If you won't answer that question, can you answer me why the Republican baseball team can't seem to beat the Democrats?
