We do not ask parents to pay the full cost of first grade for their 6 or 7-year-old and we should not ask parents to pay the full cost of educating and caring for a 2-year-old either.

Lack of affordable high-quality childcare affects every aspect of our economy.
We cannot let that happen. The infrastructure train is leaving the station and we cannot leave childcare behind.
