Yes, we could take those additional steps. It would certainly cost a lot of additional money.
This is an important piece of legislation, and it makes a lot of sense for the reasons that I have already stated.
I think all of us are encouraging people to develop alternative fuels, but to be spending this kind of money on failed projects is just irresponsible in my view.
