I believe that was in Texas. It may have been Oklahoma. In any regard, what the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Upton) is saying is that these tar sands and shale, shale has to be mined. And then you have to go through a process, as he is saying, and you have to extract. And it is a little bit more difficult. Again, we're about to reauthorize NASA in the next day or two. They are doing research on that very process now where they can get that petroleum, and I said to you 1.5 trillion barrels probably from the shale in our West, western part of the United States, and Mr. Upton pointed out that these tar sands in Canada, it is estimated that it is probably another 1.5 trillion barrels of petroleum that we can get from that. And they are producing it in Canada. And they are selling it to somebody. And yet we can't utilize it. It absolutely makes no sense. As my colleague from Georgia said earlier, I think he used the word ``idiotic,'' ``insanity'' or ``crazy.'' He is right on all three points.
