Mike Coffman is a former Republican member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Colorado's 6th congressional district from 2009 to 2019. I hate to say that maybe the stress for the poor operators comes from the fact that they know that they are not going to have the support from the VA in getting the callers the help that they need.
