It is vital that we pass my bill, HR 1109, the Mental Health Services for Students Act.

Yesterday, I joined my colleagues Tony Cardenas, Tom Graves, and Buddy Carter in introducing bipartisan legislation that would codify, in Title XIX of the Social Security Act, the Medicaid transportation benefit.

H.R. 1109 is supported by the Mental Health Liaison Group, which consists of 51 mental health organizations.
