I am very proud to say that, because of the leadership of people like you, Ms. Nichols, and a few other folks around the country that agreed with California, we have improved those standards to the point that my children never had to deal with a smog alert.

As was mentioned earlier, it might sound a little funny, but you have in fact been one of the few people to unite this committee--Members, Republicans and Democrats--to be in agreement that we are frustrated with TikTok.
I am concerned that these rules do not take into consideration constituencies like the majority of the constituents in my district that primarily speak Spanish.
We should definitely make sure that they are taking down content that is harming especially our children.
