I have to admit that I joined this hearing largely out of curiosity over how the leftist Majority can turn anything, even natural resources policy, into a racial issue.
Seems to me this is putting us in a feedback loop where the more foreign nationals enter the United States, the more foreign doctors we're told we need to import.
These policies are driving terrible suffering across the land. Please stop it.
To me, that is not serving the purpose of government, which is to protect the property rights of its citizens.
The government has a responsibility to protect the property rights of its citizens, including intellectual property.
