I am convinced that more needs to be done.

I am determined to pursue effective reductions in nuclear arms.

I hope that each of you will join me in supporting the Fall 1983 Combined Federal Campaign.

I believe that this action will support the objective of helping to preserve the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and political independence of Chad.
