I herewith report a revision to a rescission proposal previously reported decreasing the amount proposed for rescission by $2.0 million.

America's policy toward Israel has not changed.

I am determined to see that Israel's qualitative technological edge is maintained.

I invite all primary and secondary schools to conduct programs of study which are dedicated to those bedrock principles of national greatness devoted to rekindling the patriotic flame in all Americans.
