The Trump Administration’s flagrant disregard for the courts was on full display.

The ruling affirms that President Trump is not King, and the power of the executive is not boundless.
He will get slapped down with a court order within minutes if he tries to do that; he just can’t do it.
If and when he breaks the law or tramples over the Constitution, we’ll take him to court.
They’re trying to socialize this idea that not all court orders should be followed—and that’s very dangerous.
Unfortunately, we have a lawless federal administration, where Trump is blatantly and brazenly, consistently and frequently breaking the law.
This is something that is deeply rooted in our history and our law as something that is prohibited, and Mr. Trump is blatantly engaged in this unlawful conduct.
We have sued the president here in California 37 times in 29 weeks — more than once a week — to great success.
The President and Congress are implementing a cruel, backdoor abortion ban through this provision, putting their political agendas over people’s lives.
Let me be clear: federal funds don’t pay for abortions. This provision is purely retaliation against Planned Parenthood for its constitutionally protected advocacy for abortion care.
It is devastating to think that individuals may not seek essential medical care because they are afraid that if they do so, they may be targeted by this administration.
