This is a victory for voting rights and rejection of the Trump administration’s unlawful overreach.

It is once again the United States Department of Justice politicizing and weaponizing the law to attack its enemies, and it is completely improper.

I want to remind Californians that customers of 23andMe can delete their private, genetic data – no matter who owns it.

This litigation is a precursor to further interference here in California.
