Every count, recount, hand count, lawsuit, and audit has found that there’s no widespread voter fraud in the U.S.

We are not impressed by their case, we are not impressed by their position. Our north star is the law and the facts and they have neither on their side.

But this fight is not over. We will keep fighting to protect California's elections from unlawful federal interference and get this baseless lawsuit dismissed.

All they provided was a list of people and nothing about why they’re purportedly ineligible. If they have such information, we would be happy to review it, but they’ve provided none.
