It is once again the United States Department of Justice politicizing and weaponizing the law to attack its enemies, and it is completely improper.

This litigation is a precursor to further interference here in California.

The government has lobbed allegations of widespread voter fraud at the states, only for those allegations to crumble under scrutiny.

We are not impressed by their case, we are not impressed by their position. Our north star is the law and the facts and they have neither on their side.
